    The Challenge: The agency was growing fast and taking on bigger opportunities.
    What was missing was a clear brand foundation to support that growth.
    Their messaging, campaigns, and digital presence were strong individually, but they did not tell one clear story together.

    They needed a brand strategy that aligned with their OKRs.
    One that could guide decisions across marketing, content, partnerships, and events.
    The goal was not just visibility, but stronger positioning in a competitive agency space.

    Their website also needed work.
    It functioned as a portfolio, a pitch, and a trust signal.
    The challenge was turning it into a focused brand asset that reflected who they are, who they serve, and why they are different.

    The Approach: I began by facilitating a brand discovery workshop with the founder. We started by defining the brand foundations and overall brand clarity.
    I reviewed their current brand position, market trends, audience behavior, and competitors. This allowed me to identify gaps, strengths, and opportunities, then connect those insights directly to their OKRs.

    From there, I built a practical strategy.
    I outlined campaigns, activity plans, content direction, and a marketing and events calendar designed to support long term growth.
    I applied the same strategic thinking to the brand visual identity and website, shaping its structure, messaging, and flow so every page reinforced the brand’s positioning and business goals.
