I spent 10 years in healthcare before leaving in 2016 to pursue creative work. I joined two startups and worked across branding and marketing. Both failed because we lacked a clear brand strategy. We looked polished, but people never fully understood what we stood for.

That experience pushed me deeper into branding. I later joined a California-based branding agency and worked directly under the founder and creative director. That’s where I saw how strategy shapes design and how clarity changes the way people connect with a brand.

Today, I run a small branding studio where I work directly with founders to clarify their positioning, sharpen their message, and build brands people understand and trust. No handoffs. No outside help. Just focused brand work designed to help you grow with clarity.

Brand strategy doesn’t guarantee success.
But not having one guarantees confusion, and that leads to failure.
That’s the lesson I learned the hard way… twice. It’s also why I’m here.
